The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the use of the website, located at www.indigopipelines.co.uk (“the Site”). Please read the Terms carefully before accessing the Site. By accessing or using the Site you agree that you accept these Terms and to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms you may not use or access the Site.

You are permitted to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using the Site in any manner which could harm the interests of Indigo Pipelines Limited, its suppliers and/or its customers.
You agree not to (a) misuse the Site by knowingly introducing any viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other materials that are malicious or technologically harmful; or (b) attempt to gain any unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site; or (c) attack the Site. Any breach of this provision constitutes a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we will report any such breach that we become aware of to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with them by disclosing your identity to them.

Whilst Indigo Pipelines Limited makes every effort to ensure that the Site is free from viruses or defects, we cannot guarantee that your use of the Site or any External Sites accessible through the Site will not cause damage to your computer system.
Indigo Pipelines Limited accepts no liability for and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law expressly excludes any and all liability (whether direct or indirect, consequential or of any other nature) for: (i) any loss or any type of damage to you or your computer system, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site, Materials or any External Site; (ii) the inability to use the Site, Materials or any External Site; (iii) use of Materials on the Site or materials on any External Site; (iv) downloading any Material from the Site or materials from any External Site; (v) any errors, inaccuracies, omissions and/or misleading statements posted on the Site or any External Site and/or (vi) any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial of service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site, your downloading of any material posted on it, or any External Site linked to it.

If any provision of the Terms is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The Terms shall be governed by English law and you irrevocably agree (a) to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England in respect of any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with the Terms; and (b) that the place of performance shall be England. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Indigo Pipelines Limited reserves its right to raise proceedings for any breach of these Terms in the country where such breach arises.
Indigo Pipelines Limited makes no warranty or guarantee that the Site or Data available on it complies with the laws of any jurisdiction other than England. You are responsible for compliance with any laws of the country from which you are accessing the Site.
